By booking this appointment you acknowledge that we are NOT in network with insurance, we want to be able to recommend the care you need without the boundaries of insurance! We can check benefits for out of network coverage if needed.
HSA/FSA are accepted in our entire clinic even though we are not in network with insurance for Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture, Laser Therapy and Supplements!
